Epidermia launches  ‘It’s Time for GPP’ in 4 languages!  EuroPso members are invited to cooperate!

The EuroPso member for Greece, ‘Epdermia’ has just launched a 4- language version of their successful project in Greek called ‘It’s Time for GPP’.  https://timeforgpp.com/

The project is a website with advice and tips to enhance wellbeing for patients with GPP, and is now available in Greek, English, French and Spanish.

The ‘It’s Time for GPP’ website is based around the optic of a clock face, divided into 4 quarters, each of which represents a time of day and connects conceptually to 4 areas of difficulty faced in everyday life and challenges by GPP patients.

Each section provides advice related to the activities that people typically do at the particular time of the day and is presented through easy-to-understand, positive texts and images that are easy to implement.

The tips and advice were all created by a psychologist, in cooperation with a focus group of patients. The information is therefore relevant, user-friendly and useful for patients.

Member associations are encouraged to share the site with their members and anyone in their networks who may find it helpful.

In addition, should you wish to adopt the methodology and replicate the project in your country, we will make our free ‘Guide for Patients’ Associations’ available to you for free.

Epidermia invites any members to get in touch at epidermia.greece@gmail.com to get involved and replicate the project in their own countries and languages, so that as many patients as possible can be reached!

The project is implemented with the kind financial support of IFPA and Boehringer Ingelheim.
